Improvers Tap
Learn tap at your own pace in our Beginners class.
Master the basics of tap through warm up sequences, centre and travelling exercises, and choreographed dances. The aim of this class is to build confidence, coordination, and movement vocabulary whilst having fun and building your fitness levels.

Advanced Tap
Ready for a new challenge?
Our improvers tap class is designed for adults who are confident with the basics. We’ll introduce new steps whilst improving on the basics through warm up sequences, technical and rhythmical exercises, and choreographed dances. This is a great workout for the body and mind, combining rhythm with high intensity movements.

General Ballet
Fun and informal classes for adults who are looking to learn the basics of ballet. You’ll strengthen your core stability and posture through warm-ups, barre work, centre practice, allegros and choreography. This class aims to build your confidence, movement vocabulary and coordination.
Wednesdays - Kingston Methodist Church - 7:30-8:30pm
What to wear
We recommend wearing gym wear, or whatever you are most comfortable moving in. If you don’t have tap shoes, you can wear trainers for your trial lesson. Tap shoes can be ordered by emailing the office. If you don’t have ballet shoes, you can dance barefoot or wear socks for your trial lesson. Ballet shoes can be ordered by emailing the office.

Find the perfect class for you or your child!
All new students are welcome to have a 3-week trial in their chosen class to experience our classes and settle in. Trial lessons can be at the beginning of term or mid-term and must be booked and paid online before attending. Your trial lessons must be taken over three consecutive weeks.
